Use of the term "Death Panels" is a vile GOP distortion?

Defenders of Obamacare will say it is my own personality defect that I cannot put aside such trivial concerns and rest assured that:
Obama loves me, this I know,
For Pelosi tells me so.
All of us to him belong
For we are weak and he is strong.

If the Dems want to hold up European health care systems are the model to which they aspire, do they not have to address the negative aspects of those systems?
