Lawyers and Trees
Noting the large stacks of paper circulating in a case, a co-worker exclaimed, "God save the trees." That of course motivated some doggerel:
God save the trees from lawyers,To reply, email texthepontificator at yahoo.com.
We all must surely pray.
They keep up work for sawyers,
Forever and a day.
The sawyers, they then prosper,
And send their kids to school.
The kid may then be a lawyer.
Ain’t the system cool?
